National Association
of Heavy Equipment Training Schools
The National Association of Heavy Equipment Training Schools is a small association of related schools providing curriculum development, assessment testing and operational oversight to member schools by providing an assessment tool for their graduates to enter the work force as "entry level" operators.
NAHETS was formed in 2005. (www.nahets.org).
NAHETS Membership requirements
Each member heavy equipment training
school that wishes to join NAHETS must have no other activity
associated with the operation of the school. In other
words, 100% of their operations must be dedicated to training
heavy equipment operators.
What to look for
in your heavy equipment training school
Students interested in attending a heavy equipment training
school should look for the following:
Dedicated heavy equipment & crane training, no
other business operated from the school and or heavy equipment
training facility
